For the 3rd year in a row, with the help of Amarillo National Bank, we're bringing 5-time CrossFit Games champ (4 individual titles, 1 team title) Rich Froning to Amarillo. On Friday, April 8 and Saturday, April 9, Rich and a partner will be taking on 20 other 2-person teams in a 2-day, 2-location competition. Friday's events will take place at CrossFit 806. Saturday's events will take place at the top level of the Amarillo National Bank parking garage in downtown Amarillo, surely one of the coolest fitness event venues you'll have the opportunity to be a part of.

Workout details will be released in February. Movements and weights within each workout are programmed with the average daily CrossFitter or fitness buff in mind.
